Your order will ship out within 5 business days of payment. Orders are shipped through USPS and will arrive in 1-2 weeks. International orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Packages ship using First Class Package service. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

In an effort to be more eco-friendly, packaging materials are made of post-consumer use and are curb-side recyclable unless stated otherwise. Any shrink-wrapped plastic seen in packaging was from the manufacturer for the best protection.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

If you received missing or incorrect items in your order, contact me at shop@artoftangmo.com with your order number for a refund, replacement, or exchange with free shipping.

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders can only be cancelled and refunded if the pre-order period hasn't ended yet. If the order period ended, unfortunately it can't be cancelled since the funds are used to manufacture the product ordered.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at shop@artoftangmo.com with your order number so we can assess the damage and come up with a resolution. If insurance was added to your package, I can contact the carrier on your behalf so you can receive a refund.

ADDRESS LIABILITIES:

This shop is not responsible for errors made in the submitted shipping address, including, but not limited to recipient’s name. Please make sure the recipient’s name is legally registered to the place of residence. If you believe you made an addressing error, please contact me at shop@artoftangmo.com so we can work on a solution.

If the item is returned to me due faulty addressing, the customer will have to pay for shipping again to have the item re-sent. The customer may request for a refund (excluding shipping costs) upon reception of the returned item.
