All U.S. orders ship free when your order reaches $49. Unfortunately, I can't ship to Germany due to updated packaging laws for sellers.
Your order will ship out within 5 business days of payment. Orders are shipped through USPS and will arrive in 1-2 weeks. International orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Packages ship using First Class Package service. Shipping insurance and expedited shipping can be added at checkout for an extra charge.
Effective July 1st, all EU customers must pay VAT upon receiving their package due to new EU VAT laws.
In an effort to be more eco-friendly, packaging materials are made of post-consumer use and are curb-side recyclable unless stated otherwise. Any shrink-wrapped plastic seen in packaging was from the manufacturer for the best protection.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
If you received missing or incorrect items in your order, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for a refund, replacement, or exchange with free shipping.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded since the funds are used to manufacture the product ordered
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at email@example.com with your order number so we can assess the damage and come up with a resolution. If insurance was added to your package, I can contact the carrier on your behalf so you can receive a refund.
This shop is not responsible for errors made in the submitted shipping address, including, but not limited to recipient’s name. Please make sure the recipient’s name is legally registered to the place of residence. If you believe you made an addressing error, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work on a solution.
If the item is returned due faulty addressing, it is up to the customer to pay a secondary shipping price to have the item sent again. The customer may request for a refund (excluding shipping costs) upon reception of the returned item.
